Collaboration with Marea

Bangkok Supper Club and Marea unite for a one-night-only collaboration dinner showcasing the vibrant flavors of Thai and Coastal Italian cuisines. Guests will enjoy an eight-course tasting menu, featuring inventive dishes like BSC’s Uni Crab Tartlet, Marea’s Razor Clam, and collaborative plates such as Beef Tartare with Rice Cracker and Marea Crunch; Bruschetta with Tom Yum Butter, Burrata, and Caviar; and Malfadine with Snow Crab Curry. This evening brings together two acclaimed culinary destinations for a menu that bridges continents through bold technique and flavor!
